Common complaints about Streamline.net
March 4, 2010We’ve searched the internet to find out what customers are saying about Streamline.net. We’ve trawled through literally hundreds of comments and come up with a list of the most common complaints in order of volume:
- Taking money after the ‘free trial’ despite efforts to cancel the account. Note that once money is taken it will not be refunded.
- Taking money when a domain is up for renewal without making the customer aware and providing no method of refund.
- Slow connection speed and constant email down time.
- Customer service – aggressive, rude and slow to respond.
- Poor quality product.
